Bufford is a Malaysian coach and UEFA-certified grassroots football trainer, with formal training under both the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the Scottish Football Association (SFA). With a strong foundation in internationally recognised coaching standards, he brings a modern and structured approach to youth football development.
His coaching philosophy centres on creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children of all abilities can thrive. By focusing on fundamental skills, game understanding, and confidence-building, Bufford ensures that each player develops at their own pace while enjoying the learning process.
