Lead Teacher (K1 & K2) – Early Childhood Education

We are a dynamic and growing education academy in Penang, specializing in early childhood development and preparing children for a smooth transition into primary school. We are looking for dedicated and experienced Lead Teachers to lead our K1 and K2 classes and play a key role in shaping young learners.

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for K1 and K2 students
Lead and manage classroom activities to support holistic child development
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to parents
Mentor and support assistant teachers where needed
Ensure smooth classroom operations and uphold teaching standards

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in education, early childhood or a related field
Prior teaching experience with preschool or primary school children
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passionate, patient, and committed to nurturing young learners
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
